HALBERT PUBLISHING INC. REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy describes the terms under which purchases made through this website may be refunded. By placing an order on this Site, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
All physical products are shipped using carriers that provide tracking numbers. Once the carrier marks an order as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, the order shall be considered fulfilled and successfully delivered.
Delivery confirmation, tracking records, timestamps, and carrier documentation shall serve as proof of delivery. The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period may be denied at the Company’s sole discretion.
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Non-delivery where tracking does not confirm delivery
• Items received damaged or defective with adequate proof
• Any other situation the Company determines qualifies for a refund
3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• Refused shipments or unclaimed packages
• Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
4. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact the Company to attempt resolution.
Filing a chargeback for an order that shows confirmed delivery or fulfilled service may be considered fraudulent. The Company reserves the right to dispute such chargebacks using tracking records, delivery confirmation, IP logs, and any other proof of fulfillment.
Accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for processing. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
